Scope application

When the electrical load exceeds the specified range value, the controller automatically cuts off the load power supply to achieve automatic control.

The product has a compact structure and beautiful appearance, and is installed in parallel with DZ47 (C45).

Product instructions

1. Connect the input terminal (IN) and output terminal (OUT) correctly according to the product identification. The load current should be less than the protection current value of the product.

2. The dual color LED on the panel indicates the status; When the indicator light turns green, the load power supply is connected and in operation; When the light turns red, the protection function is activated and the load power is cut off.

3. The load limit (current) protection action of the controller has inverse time limit characteristics: the greater the load exceeds the protection current value of the product, the shorter the protection action time of the product, and vice versa.

precautions

1. Before connecting the power supply, please carefully check whether the wiring is correct, whether the load size matches the product's current protection value, and whether the wiring screws are tightened, otherwise the product will be damaged.

2. After the product is powered on, do not touch live parts to avoid electric shock.

3. Due to the lack of short-circuit protection function in the product, when there is a short circuit at the input or load end, the load limiting protection function will not be activated and the product will be damaged.

4. Due to the automatic reset function of the product, after the product is protected and activated, the load (electrical appliance) should be immediately removed and the circuit should be checked. Otherwise, the product will frequently connect and disconnect the load, and eventually burn out the product or electrical circuit due to long-term frequent overload connection and disconnection.
